Powerful, fast, flexible, easy-to-install eight-port switch, which is particularly suited for example for smaller offices connected to high-speed Internet with fiber optics. The Auto-negotiation feature on each port detects the network device's baud rate (10 Mbps or 100 Mbps) and cleverly sets the switch to achieve compatibility and optimum performance. The switch is also equipped with diagnostic LEDs that show the status and activity of the ports and allow you to quickly detect and troubleshoot some network problems. Quick network filtering and store-and-forward switching technology maximize network performance and reduce the transmission of faulty network packets. The device does not need a fan and is therefore optimally suited to work directly in the workplace. The switch can be used to share Internet, file, music, and video within your network or create a multiplayer gaming environment.
