The quality of the cases is controlled at all stages of production. Each product goes through a series of production steps and, after each, an independent sewer checks the quality of the previous manufacturing step before starting work on their part of the production process. Each case is re-checked before it is packaged.
Chicken Tex Supreme™ is a highly durable fabric that Crumpler has made to order. It is one of the main materials of the case. The use of very heavy fibre and high-density weaving adds incredible durability and quality to this fabric. In addition, Chicken Tex Supreme™ has undergone many tests to make sure that the combination of yarn weight and weave density produces the best results.
