ColourVUE Big Eyes are a special kind of coloured contact lenses that can be worn to make your eyes look bigger. The lenses have a thick outer ring that creates a defined eye around the outer edge of the iris. The end result will give you a very distinctive look and garner a lot of attention.
If you're worried about the dye coming into contact with your sensitive eyes, then rest assured, the dye is actually sealed inside the inner layer of the contact lenses, so you can leave all your worries behind you. These contact lenses must be replaced once every 90 days. If the lenses are left in the case for more than 7 days, you must let them soak in new contact solution for at least 4 hours in order to thoroughly disinfect them before wear.
The resulting effect of the lenses is to a certain extent influenced by the natural colour of the iris and lighting conditions.
These contact lenses are not a corrective aid. Their application in most cases will exacerbate peripheral vision. Therefore, they are not recommended for activities that require 100% vision, for example, when driving a motor vehicle among other activities.
