Bio-cleaner ALU is an alkaline agent designed for cleaning common oil impurities from non-ferrous metals, especially aluminum parts.

The new range of special alkaline water-based cleaners is designed for cleaning and degreasing tools, machines, means of transport, workshop components (cabinets, tables, floors), engines, gearboxes and smaller machine parts.

They effectively remove oil, fat, wax, resin, soot, asphalt in tar. Bio cleaners can be used to clean metals, plastics, ceramics, wood, rubber or concrete. The application can be performed manually or automatically according to the type of cleaner. Cleaning agents from the BIO series can be diluted with water according to the type, temperature and application up to a ratio of 1:40. Dilutability is affected by factors such as contamination strength, material, temperature and mechanical assistance. A lower dilution coefficient is suitable for thicker impurities, but even at higher dilutions it is possible to achieve the same results by heating and pressure. The ALU bio-cleaner is suitable for cleaning aluminum parts, dilutable up to a ratio of 1:40 and degreases oils, greases, wax and similar impurities.

Instructions for use:

We dilute the ALU bio-cleaner according to the strength of the dirt and the material. Heating (up to + 90 ° C) increases the cleaning effect and even the most difficult dirt can be removed. After application, the dirt must be mechanically removed - with a cloth, brush, paintbrush.
