How to Make Delicious Coffee

You are going to need your dripper, a cup and a filter. Place finely ground coffee in the filter. The recommended amount is 7g (15ml) of coffee per 100ml of water. Don't use boiling water. Let it rest for 3 to 4 minutes. Slowly pour a small amount of water on the filter using a circular or back and forth motion. If you are using freshly ground coffee, you will see the so-called coffee bloom as the coffee absorbs water. Wait for 15 seconds and then pour the rest of the water on the coffee with a spiral motion from the outer edge of the filter to the centre. The slower you pour, the stronger the coffee.
