The high-quality Tefal Ceramic Control Induction pan with a diameter of 25cm is the ideal kitchen assistant for making pancakes. It features a non-adherent white ceramic surface, a strong Induction bottom and a comfortable ergonomic handle.
The high-quality, non-stick, non-adherent surface made of ceramics is extremely resistant to mechanical damage like scratches and therefore is not harmed by the use of metal kitchen utensils. You can even mix in the pot! In addition, there is a strong resistance to heat shock and high adhesion, which ensures that you never burn your food. The strong induction bottom with a stainless steel disc ensures efficient and even heat distribution throughout the bottom of the pan and is also resistant to deformation.
The pan is equipped with a Thermo-Spot temperature indicator. This indicates when the pan has reached the right temperature and you can start cooking.
