Direct Print & Share allows you to create shortcuts for the most common print settings, so you can easily return to them at any time simply by dragging and dropping a file on the shortcut icon. The breathtaking productivity of this printer is second to none—you get draft A0 prints in mere 41 seconds. Meanwhile, the 5-colour dye-and-pigment reactive pigment ink system produces vivid colours and sharp, thin lines, giving the resulting image exceptional clarity.

Its optimised user interface and easy operation mean that you don’t even need a PC to use it. All the tasks are performed simply by pressing buttons on the scanner or copier, so anyone can use it. Keep track of printing costs

Using the integrated Status Monitor accounting tool, you can easily track your printing costs. The tool collects task logs and can automatically calculate costs for a specific task or for a longer time period. It also lets you select economy mode, which is particularly useful when printing drafts of individual documents. You can print directly from Word, Excel or PowerPoint, thanks to optimised AutoCAD system drivers and a plug-in module, fully compatible with Microsoft Office.
