The adjustable length of 110 - 135cm gives you the ability to customize and use in different terrains. The poles are equipped with a shock-absorbing anti-shock system to protect the joints from overloading. It can be switched either to the suspension system or to the fixed stop. A comfortable anatomically shaped handle made of softened PVC material guarantees a comfortable grip.
