Intelligent Heater
The optimum cooking temperature for the perfect espresso is between 90 and 95°C. If the temperature is too low, only part of the aroma is released from the coffee. If the temperature is too high, the coffee will quickly taste and smell burnt. The SensoFlow intelligent system heats the water to an optimum temperature between 90 and 95°C throughout the brewing process, creating an espresso with a full aroma and unique flavour.
AromaPro
The AromaPro concept gives you a finer aroma and an excellent foam. The precise pressure system always compresses the ground coffee perfectly, regardless of the amount. The bellows shape of the blower results in water taking a longer time to pass through the ground coffee in order to free up more flavour.
AromaDouble Shot
The more water used to permeate the coffee, the more bitter the coffee will be. The AromaDouble Shot system boils down and brews strong coffee in two steps, and because just half the water is used, the coffee is less bitter. So you can enjoy the maximum taste even when drinking very strong coffee.
Height-adjustable coffee drain
Espresso, café creme, cappuccino or latte macchiato? The height-adjustable coffee drain of the fully automatic Bosch coffee maker gives you the freedom to produce any coffee you like. Because of the 14 centimeter space between the coffee outlet and the grill, there is plenty of room for the latte macchiato.
