After switching the hob off, the last setting is stored in the memory for a short time. If you switch the hob on again a short while later, the original settings are still available. What's more, the hob switches itself off if your food boils over or if something spills on the hob.
QuickStart function
The QuickStart function detects where you have placed the cookware on the hob and automatically displays the cooking zone on the control panel. This lets you start cooking immediately without unnecessary delay.
