The kitchen strainer in the shape of a cone is made of coarse pompous metal fabric with 2 × 2 mm meshes . Blex strainer 30/16 cone is galvanically shiny plated, with sheet steel rim and has two hooks. The Blex aid is intended for regular straining, but thanks to its conical shape, it is also great for straining sauces or purees. Because it is made of metal, it is also suitable for very hot liquids, such as french fries oil and the like.
