However, the new iOS 10 requires a direct finger touch to the Home Button button to unlock the phone. So in order to use your iPhone also during training, we bring you two useful tips for quick access to information without having to remove the phone from the case.

Tip # 1 - Personalize your widgets

• On the home screen, swipe from the left edge of the screen to the right. Go to the bottom of the list of widgets, and click the round button labeled "Edit". This brings up a list of the current widgets, and you can add another widget to the view from the apps installed on your phone.
• Add a widget to your favorite apps by clicking the green button (+) to the left of the name. This adds a new widget under current widgets.
• Browse the list of existing widgets and find the widget you just added. Tap and hold on three horizontal lines to the right and set the position - for quick access during training, it's best to have this widget all the way up. If you want to control the phone during training, tap the power button on the side of the phone and swipe across the screen to the training app. You may need to enter your access code to access advanced features.

Tip # 2 - Activate AssistiveTouch shortcuts

• From the home screen, tap Settings> General> Accessibility> AssistiveTouch, and tap AssistiveTouch to activate it (a check mark appears)
• Now, click the Home button three times in quick succession. In the bottom right corner of your screen, you will see the Accessibility Menu control. This button can be hidden at any time and again reopened by tapping the Home button three times. During training, tap the power button on the side of the phone. Click the "Accessibility Menu" button to access the phone features without having to physically press the Home button. You will need to enter your access code to access advanced features.
