Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the food. Wash the bottle, cap and teat thoroughly and boil for 5 minutes. Boil drinking water suitable for infants for five minutes and allow to cool. Pour half of the boiled water cooled to about 40 °C into the container. Temperatures above 45 °C destroy lactic acid bacteria. Measure the powder with the provided measuring cup and pour into the container. The powder in the measuring cup must always be aligned. Shake thoroughly. Refill the container with boiled water to the required quantity. Shake well once more to dissolve the powder completely. Check the temperature of the prepared food is suitable. After each use, close the container tightly and store in a dry place at room temperature.
