Do you long for your own smart home? With BBC micro: bit kit you can fulfill your desires - it contains all the most used components of home automation such as. temperature sensor, sound sensor, impact or humidity sensor and lighting, servo motor, RGB LEDs and much more. You will also find a submersible pump in the package. You will be able to test individual components in a total of 11 projects. In each of the projects you create a functional model of the whole solution eg. of cardboard. Powering individual projects can be solved using a computer or battery holder.
In the projects on offer you will find sound-controlled lights, a smart cabinet, automatic aquarium water level control, an intelligent fan, a noise level meter, a simple alarm or a lung function test and more. The advantage is that you will not need a soldering iron and no knowledge of electrical engineering or programming to work with the BBC micro: bit kit. All the steps are described in detail in the picture manual, where you will find everything needed to build the first 5 projects. More tutorials are available online.
