Recommended dosage
Adults take ½–1 tablet daily, ½ hour to one hour before planned sleep. The tablets can be halved. Take with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose.

Interactions: Patients taking the anticoagulant drug Warfarin should consult their doctor before taking any over-the-counter supplements (including teas) containing plant extracts, especially those containing St. John's wort extract.
Storage
