Lactium can help make evenings a more pleasant, calmer and more predictable time for the whole family. Lactium is a specially processed milk protein that is generally associated with a feeling of calm and relaxation. It is created by the gentle enzymatic processing of milk protein, a process inspired by the natural digestion of milk in early childhood. The product is also enriched with vitamin B6, which contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.

Active ingredients
- Lactium helps to gradually quieten internal restlessness, making it easier for a child to switch to a calmer evening mindset. It is a specially broken-down milk protein from cow's milk, technically known as alpha-S1-casein hydrolysate. This process creates a small bioactive protein fragment, most often called alpha-casozepine, which acts as a 'hypothetical brake'. Simply put, the brain has natural mechanisms that help to calm the body. Lactium works by supporting these calming processes – as if it gently applies the 'brake' when a child is still too revved up in the evening. It is not intended to make the child fall asleep abruptly, but rather to help them relax, slow down and better prepare for rest.

Water, sweetener (sucrose, fructose), Lactium HD (milk protein hydrolysate, lactose 0.3ml/5ml, αs1-decapeptide ≥ 1.8%) 50mg, thickener (xanthan gum), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), caramel flavour enhancer: sucrose, stabiliser (gum arabic), maltodextrin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.4mg (100% NRV). NRV – Nutrient Reference Value. The preservative (potassium sorbate) and stabiliser (gum arabic) used are legally permitted in safe PPM (parts per million) quantities.
Recommended dosage
Children from 3 years of age take 5ml once a day. It can be taken before or after increased psychological strain, or long-term. Measuring cup included. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose.

Storage
