Recommended dosage
Adults take 1 capsule daily, preferably one hour before sun exposure. Drink with plenty of water. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose.
Warning
Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Ensure you have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product is not intended for children and persons under 18, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Not suitable for smokers – heavy smokers should avoid taking high amounts of beta-carotene. Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients. The product contains astaxanthin from the alga Haematococcus pluvialis. The product should not be consumed if other food supplements containing astaxanthin esters are also consumed on the same day, with a total sum of over 8mg of astaxanthin.
Storage
Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature up to 20°C. Do not use if the packaging is damaged. After opening, store according to the storage conditions, away from heat and direct sunlight. The batch number and best before end date are stated on the packaging.
