Balíkovo is an innovative service by Slovak Parcel Service that brings a new era of parcel delivery. It includes a network of pick-up points located in selected shops, gas stations, and self-service lockers, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It allows you to receive, send, or return parcels at a time that suits you best.
How does Balíkovo work?
We’ve all been there – waiting all morning for a delivery, but the courier never shows up. Situations like this are becoming more common. That’s why you can rely on the innovative services of Slovak Parcel Service and its extensive network of over 1,600 pick-up points. This way, you decide exactly when and where you want to collect your parcel. At checkout, simply choose your preferred pick-up location.
No app is required – you’ll receive an SMS and an email with your parcel’s delivery details. Then, all you need is the PIN code, and you’re good to go. This solution also makes it easy for someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf – just forward them the PIN code.
How do you pay?
Simply and securely! All payments are made entirely online. However, if you're using cash on delivery services, payment in cash is still possible.
About Slovak Parcel Service
Slovak Parcel Service s.r.o. has been active in the express courier service market since 1992. It continues the operations of the original company IN TIME ČSFR s.r.o., which provided express parcel delivery services in former Czechoslovakia several years earlier. Slovak Parcel Service s.r.o. was the authorised service partner for the American shipping company United Parcel Service (UPS) in Slovakia for over 30 years.
Since 2002, the company has been owned by Austrian firm Post 207 Beteiligungs GmbH.
