AXAGON HUE-S2C USB-C 4-Port USB 3.0 CHARGING hub

A 4-port USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 AXAGON HUE-S2C with external power and fast-charging support on all ports.
A lightweight hub with a sleek, plastic matt body connects up to four USB devices simultaneously and quickly to your computer.
A big advantage is the possibility of using it as an external power supply to charge your mobile phone.
An unused charger can make the USB hub a fast-charging hub for free.
Mobile phones, tablets, power banks and other devices can be charged using a 2A charger (depends on the charger) in any hub port due to USB Battery Charging 1.2.
Support for charging iPads even without an additional power supply approx. 1A (you can not charge an iPad directly from USB 3.0 ports on your computer).
It can handle the permanent connection of several external drives without an external power supply. Once any external power is connected, you can also work with three external drives simultaneously.
Transversely positioned USB ports with sufficient spacing for direct seamless connection of large USB devices.
A sturdy USB cable with a length of 40cm is ideal for use with laptops.
It can also work as a separate charging hub and charge the USB device from the AC adapter even when you turn off or disconnect the computer.

Hub power mode via the USB cable (bus power):
The power supply via the USB bus is sufficient to connect a low-power USB device (mouse, keyboard, card reader, flash drive etc.) or a higher power device (printer, scanner, 3.5" external drive) to all four ports.
The USB hub in this power mode also connects up to 2 magnetic 2.5" external drives simultaneously.
Charging mobile devices (including the iPad) is also possible in this power mode, but the charging current only reaches 0.9A, in some cases even 1A (depending on the computer).
Self powered USB Hub Mode - Not included (self power):
Any mobile device charger with a micro USB connector (recommended charging current 2A) can be used.
The USB hub in this power mode can handle 3 magnetic 2.5" external drives. However, for the long-term reliable operation of a hub, we recommend max. 2 magnetic external 2.5" drives simultaneously.
Quick-charging mobile devices (including iPad) up to 2A in each of the hub ports. The total current supplied by the hub during charging is limited by the output current of the external power adapter.
Single charging hub mode without a charging hub:
After disconnecting the connected computer or if it's not connected to the hub computer, the USB charger acts as a separate USB charging hub.
