The AXAGON EE25-SL SLIDE BOX external enclosure, featuring USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.0) and SATA 6G interfaces, is designed for all 2.5" SATA hard drives or SSDs. The SATA 6G interface with UASP support allows you to enjoy the speed of modern SSDs. Support for the TRIM function limits the gradual degradation of SSD performance over time. Reading S.M.A.R.T. information monitors the condition of the external drive. The enclosure supports sleep mode for both the connected drive and the enclosure itself. The plastic body of the enclosure allows for easy drive replacement without the need for screws. The subtly textured surface of the casing is scratch-resistant and prevents unwanted fingerprints. Foam padding inside the enclosure secures and protects the drive.
