How to use QUIXX Scratch Remover correctly in four steps
Using QUIXX Scratch Remover is not difficult, just follow the following four-step procedure:
- Preparation- Clean the glass thoroughly, dry it and tape around the scratch. Leave a gap of 5-6 mm with a notch left and right to leave a 10-12 area for polishing and slide the rubber protective cap over the end of the polishing stick.
- Application- Apply approximately 0.04-0.06 ml of Paste Repair no. 1 on the scratched area and start polishing for 3 minutes. Fly with strong pressure and fast movements at a 90° angle. After 3 minutes, thoroughly clean the treated area with a damp cloth. Repeat the process if the scratches are still visible.
- Polishing- Remove the tape and clean the glass. Attach the white polishing strip to the bevelled side of the polishing rod with the rubber ring and apply 0.04-0.06 ml of Paste Finish No. 2 and repeat the same as in the previous step.
- Cleaning- Finally, clean the area thoroughly with a damp cloth. If the scratches are still visible, repeat step two.
