The ACI control unit for trailer LED rear lights can simulate the operation of conventional bulb lights for the towing vehicle's electronics. One of the advantages of LED lighting is its low power consumption. Some towing vehicles are not prepared for such low consumption, and the onboard computer reports an error and cuts off the power supply to the towing hitch.
