ARCTIC Thermal pad 145x145x1.5mm

The ARCTIC Thermal pad is used to transfer heat between the cooler and electronic components, such as VRM power, memory, and other. It is made of silicon-based material and offers better conductive properties than similar solutions. However, it is not very suitable as a replacement of paste used for powerful components (processors, graphics cards). Its great advantage is easy application and a wide choice of variants with different dimensions and thickness. The pad also does not contain metal particles so there is no risk of a short circuit.
