This newly developed composite material contains 70% granite particles bonded together using high quality polymer resin. This technology provides high heat resistance up to 280°C as well as scratch and shock resistancy. At the same time this material can be easily maintained and cleaned from both dirt and limescale. The sink Formic 30 can be installed in two ways. The first is worktop installation. Choosing this option, the worktop creates smooth work surface due to its elegant design. The sink can be inserted into sufficiently large hole and secured with the supplied fasteners. The built-in sinks are suitable for worktops with a thickness of 25 to 40mm.
The second option is lower mounting. Choosing this option the sink is attached to the bottom of the worktop, so the edges of the sink are hidden beneath the work surface. This type of installation allows using larger dimensions sink and greater variaty of styles.
Most stains and dirt can be removed with fine, non-abrasive liquid detergents or ammonia-based preparations. Stubborn stains can be removed with bleaching agents (diluted with 50% using water) or by fine polish. Limestone can be removed with 9% acetic acid. Do not use sodium.
Do not expose the composite materials to aggressive chemicals (paint remover, acid concentrate cleaner, lye, and the like). Thez might destroy the surface of your sink. In case of accidental exposure of the sink surface to these chemicals, immidiately wash well with water.
