The APC Back-UPS 500VA, 230V, AVR, IEC Sockets backup power supply provides backup power during a power outage, protection against surges and spikes, and data line protection (e.g., Ethernet), and is designed for indoor use. LED and audio signals indicate mains operation, battery operation, low battery, overload, overheating, battery replacement needed, and charger failure.
