It has sturdy anchoring arms with steel flanges that are finished with plastic. There is no risk of breakage, as is the case with low-cost aluminium carriers where the carrier arms are only anchored to covers. Of course, the AMOS ski carrier can be locked. It can be clamped onto steel crossbars with a maximum cross-section of 40 × 40mm. The carrier can also be attached to the T-grooves of aluminium rods. A T-adapter and raiser blocks to attach the ski carrier to the aluminium grooves of a roof rack are included. We recommend that you use the raisers if the crossbar is too close to the roof of the vehicle - it could be damaged by ski bindings.
