Maximum flexibility with AutoBridge and flexi zones
The AMICA DI 6415 SBB hob features four identical induction zones measuring 22×19cm, each reaching up to 3kW with the PowerBooster function activated. Thanks to AutoBridge technology, you can automatically link two cooking zones into one large 22×38cm area with a power of up to 3.7kW. This means the hob can create two large cooking surfaces at the same time, which is ideal when using roasting tins, large pots or grill pans. Automatic pan detection ensures that only the part of the cooking surface in use is activated, contributing to efficient energy use.
HobControl Pro – intelligent temperature control without compromise
One of the main benefits of this model is HobControl Pro technology, which uses advanced algorithms to continuously monitor the temperature of the cooking zone. You can choose one of four precise programmes – melting at 40°C, simmering at 70°C, slow cooking at 90°C, or grilling at 200°C – and the hob will regulate the power itself according to the size and contents of the pot. The result is food prepared without boiling over, burning, or needing constant supervision. This technology not only increases convenience but also reduces electricity consumption, as the hob always operates at the optimal power level.
PowerChoice Pro and quiet operation
Thanks to PowerChoice Pro technology, the hob can be adapted to your specific electrical installation. The appliance can be connected to either a single-phase 230V or three-phase 400V supply, and you have five maximum power levels to choose from. This enables safe operation even in older flats without the risk of overloading the electrical system. In addition, the optimised cooling system ensures the fan runs quietly and efficiently dissipates heat, even during prolonged use.
