The Net Promoter Score, or NPS, is based on asking customers just one question: “Would you recommend this company to a friend or family member?” The customer can respond on a scale from “Extremely likely to recommend” to “Somewhat recommend” and so on to the other end of the scale, “Not at all likely to recommend.” The total results are combined into a score from -100 to +100.
And now for the big moment: we’re proud to say that Alzashop.com has an NPS of 60.1. The industry average NPS for retailers is 35, and our score places us at the top, the 99th percentile. That’s right in line with e-commerce giants such as Amazon and Currys.com. We think that’s quite a feat!
