The Alpina Twist Six HR QV photochromic cycling goggles feature Varioflex+ photochromic lenses that automatically adjust to light conditions, covering all three levels of sun protection S1-S3.The lenses have a Quattroflex polarising filter that effectively removes glare and improves colour contrast. Added to this is the Fogstop coating, which prevents fogging, and hydrophobic, which repels water. The glasses have a weight of 26 g, which ensures comfortable wearing even during long activities. The goggles have a curved frame and non-slip, adjustable feet, allowing for optimal fit and stability. The beam is also adjustable. The frame is smoke-grey matt while the lenses are iridescent with S1, S2 and S3 light transmission, ideal for a variety of lighting conditions.

The goggles provide UV400 protection to protect your eyes from harmful UV rays. Included in the package is a cleaning cloth and a soft case for safe storage of the glasses. With dimensions of 7.5 × 9 cm for the lenses and 11.5 cm for the leg length, the glasses are suitable for adults. They are unisex, ideal for a variety of sporting activities, including cycling.

Fogstop - glasses remain fog-free even during very high physical activity

Fogstop is a coating applied to the inside of the lens. It's not smooth, but it's rough - when viewed through a microscope it looks quite cracked. This prevents moisture droplets from forming a covering layer, i.e. fog up the lenswhich impairs visibility. This could only occur if the moisture level was such that all cracks were filled with water. But before that can happen, the stored moisture actually condenses and keeps the lens clean.
