Glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate form a natural component of articular cartilage and synovial fluid. Chondroitin sulfate binds water in the tissue and thus ensures the proper function of cartilage, its strength, flexibility and resilience. The effect includes the regeneration of articular cartilage and tissues, thus improving mobility.

Methylsulfonylmethane - MSM - is an organically bound sulfur, which is involved in the process of collagen formation, strengthens ligaments and tendons, has a relaxing and regenerative effect on muscles, suppresses muscle cramps. MSM is involved in reducing joint, muscle and tendon pain and, thanks to its antioxidant and detoxifying effects, also in the breakdown of damaged tissue. MSM is suitable for pain relief even in post-traumatic and post-operative conditions, where, in addition, better wound healing has been found. In addition, MSM helps against swelling.
