The brand's complex is enriched with magnesium and vitamin C, which contributes to maintaining the proper functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. Recommended dosage
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet daily in 250 to 500 ml of water according to taste preference. This gives you a drink with a subtle natural flavour of lime and mint, which can be further flavoured or acidified, e.g. lemon juice.
