Use:
Apply daily when showering on dry or wet skin. Set the ball massage applicator to the ON position and gently squeeze the tube to expel the shaping gel. After use, turn back to the OFF position. Massage for 1-2 minutes in a circular motion on the affected areas - thighs, hips, buttocks and arms. Rinse with warm water. Then use AHAVA Firming Body Cream and massage until absorbed.
It is recommended to use the product in combination with a healthy diet, plenty of water and daily exercise.
