This DVI-D cable is suitable for the digital connection of LCD monitors to the computer. The DVI-D standard only transmits a digital signal, so it can connect the digital output on a graphics card and a digital LCD display. Therefore, it cannot be combined with DVI <-> VGA connections. The dual-link cable is capable of working at a maximum resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 at 60Hz, and is also suitable for Full HD 1,080p resolution.
