Micro RGB Technology for More Accurate Colours
Micro RGB technology uses extremely small RGB backlight elements that help to control colours and brightness more precisely in individual scenes. As a result, the picture gains more depth, richer colour reproduction, and better contrast control. The Samsung MRE65R86H can therefore render subtle colour transitions better, more natural tones, and details in light and dark parts of the image.
Micro RGB AI Engine
The Micro RGB AI Engine takes care of intelligent image processing and helps to control the individual RGB colours more precisely. The TV analyses the image and optimises its rendering to make the colours appear rich, natural, and balanced. The result is a more vibrant picture with higher accuracy, which excels in films, sports, games, and everyday TV content. ¹
Micro RGB Precision colour 100
Micro RGB Precision colour 100 supports an exceptionally wide colour spectrum and accurate display of shades. The technology achieves 100% coverage of the BT.2020 colour space and is certified by the VDE. Colours therefore appear more realistic and subtle, which you will appreciate in natural scenery, film shots, and content where precise detail reproduction matters. ²
Micro RGB HDR+ for a More Striking Contrast
Micro RGB HDR+ helps to highlight fine details in both bright and dark scenes. The TV can work better with contrast, depth, and colour reproduction, making the picture appear more three-dimensional and natural. Films, series, and games will thus gain a more distinctive atmosphere and better legibility of details across the entire scene. ³
4K Upscaling for Sharper Content
4K AI Upscaling uses the Micro RGB AI Engine and neural networks to process lower-resolution content. The TV analyses the image and helps convert it closer to 4K quality. Regular TV broadcasts, older films, and online content can thus appear clearer and more detailed on the large 65" screen. ⁴
Micro RGB colour Booster Pro
Micro RGB colour Booster Pro uses artificial intelligence to recognise scenes with less prominent shades and helps to enhance their colours. As a result, the image appears more vibrant, yet still natural. The richer colour reproduction is suitable for films, sports broadcasts, animated content, and games, where colours significantly influence the overall impression.
Auto HDR Remastering for More Striking SDR Content
Auto HDR Remastering uses deep learning algorithms to distinguish between SDR and HDR content and then adjusts the SDR image to more closely resemble HDR quality. This can make bright parts appear more prominent, details more legible, and colours more vibrant. Even standard SDR content can achieve a more impressive and high-contrast look on the Samsung MRE65R86H TV. ⁵
PANTONE Validated for More Faithful Colours
PANTONE Validated certification confirms the accurate display of a wide range of colours and skin tones. The Samsung MRE65R86H thus helps to maintain a more natural appearance for characters, landscapes, and creative content. You will appreciate the more accurate colour reproduction when watching films, photos, and design-oriented content where the fidelity of shades matters. ⁶
Real Depth Enhancer for More Natural Depth
Real Depth Enhancer works with the contrast between the foreground and background to make the image appear more three-dimensional. The function mimics the way the human eye perceives the depth of a scene by enhancing objects in the foreground. Documentaries, sports footage, and film scenes can thus appear more realistic and naturally draw you into the action.
AI Customization Mode
AI Customization Mode can recognise the type of content you are watching and adjust the picture settings to your preferences. It can handle sports, films, or regular TV viewing differently. The picture is thus better adapted to what you are currently watching without you having to manually change the settings for each type of content.
Samsung Vision AI Companion
Samsung Vision AI Companion extends the capabilities of your smart TV with on-screen assistance. You can ask questions about the content you're watching and other topics and get answers in a visual format. The TV thus offers a more personal and interactive experience that combines entertainment, search, and the smart features of Samsung Vision AI. ⁷
AI Football Mode for Sports Broadcasts
AI Football Mode is designed for watching football and helps to adapt the picture and sound to sports content. The TV enhances colours, dynamic contrast, and commentary clarity to make the match clearer and the atmosphere more intense. Sports broadcasts can thus offer a more vibrant picture and more intelligible sound. ⁸
AI Sound Controller
AI Sound Controller analyses sound in real time and can separate voice from sound effects. Using the on-screen menu or voice control, you can adjust the volume of individual sound layers as needed. Dialogues, singing, or commentary can thus stand out better even in scenes with a prominent musical or sound effect accompaniment. ⁹
Generative Wallpaper
Generative Wallpaper allows you to create custom screens according to the mood, style, or atmosphere of the room. Simply choose a theme, and the TV will use AI to prepare a visual that can complement your interior and specific occasions. The Samsung MRE65R86H doesn't have to be just for watching content; it can also become a decorative element in your home. ¹⁰
Motion Xcelerator 144Hz for Smooth Gaming
Motion Xcelerator 144Hz helps to ensure smoother motion during gaming and fast-paced scenes. The TV supports a variable refresh rate of up to 144Hz, so the image can appear more fluid and clearer. Fast action games, racing, and sports scenes will thus achieve clearer motion with less stutter and blur. ¹¹
AI Gaming Optimizer
AI Gaming Optimizer analyses the game image in real time and recognises the game type. It automatically adjusts selected settings according to the genre to make gaming smoother and the picture better suited to the specific situation. Gamers thus get optimised settings without the tedious process of going through menus. ¹²
FreeSync Premium Pro for Smoother Action
FreeSync Premium Pro helps to reduce screen tearing, stuttering, and distracting lag during gameplay. The technology also supports a low-latency HDR gaming experience. Dynamic scenes can thus appear more stable and smoother, which you will especially appreciate in fast-paced games and competitive gaming. ¹³
Game Bar for Quick Game Settings
Game Bar allows you to quickly adjust game features directly during gameplay. You can, for example, display information about FPS, input lag, minimap settings, or the 21:9 and 32:9 widescreen aspect ratios. Game settings are thus quickly at hand without having to leave the game you are playing. ¹⁴
Dolby Atmos for More Immersive Sound
Dolby Atmos gives sound more space, depth, and clarity. This can make watching films, series, and games more impressive and engaging. The sound is not limited to standard stereo but helps to create a richer and more spacious atmosphere in your living room.
Adaptive Sound Pro
Adaptive Sound Pro optimises sound according to the type of content and the acoustics of the room. The Samsung MRE65R86H TV recognises various sound elements, such as speech or music, and adjusts their rendering to keep them balanced and intelligible. The sound thus adapts to films, sports, music, and regular broadcasts. ¹⁵
Active Voice Amplifier Pro
Active Voice Amplifier Pro helps to enhance dialogues even in noisier environments. The TV uses AI to isolate voices from ambient and background sounds to make speech clearer. Every word will stand out better when watching films, news, series, and sports broadcasts.
Object Tracking Sound Lite
Object Tracking Sound Lite creates virtual surround sound that helps to better connect the audio with the on-screen movement. Effects, dialogues, and action scenes thus seem more natural and correspond more closely to the on-screen action. The sound accompaniment better draws you into the content you are watching and complements the striking 4K picture.
Q-Symphony with a Compatible Soundbar
Q-Symphony allows you to synchronise the TV's speakers with a compatible Samsung soundbar. The TV and soundbar can then play simultaneously to create a richer, spatial soundscape. Films, concerts, and sports broadcasts will gain more impressive sound if you complement the TV with a suitable soundbar. ¹⁶
One UI Tizen for Smart Entertainment
The One UI Tizen environment provides intuitive control of your smart TV, quick access to content, management of AI functions, and Samsung Knox Security protection. Samsung also supports long-term updates of the Tizen system on selected TVs. The Smart TV environment makes it easier for you to watch films, series, apps, and online content from one place. ¹⁷
Samsung TV Plus and Art Store
Samsung TV Plus allows you to watch selected free content directly on your TV, while the Art Store provides access to a wide range of artworks for the screen's decorative mode. The TV thus offers not only films and series but also cultural and visual content that can complement the atmosphere of your home. ¹⁸
Now Brief for Useful Information
Now Brief can display practical information such as the weather, a daily overview, or smart home updates. The function can be activated by voice or by approaching the TV. You can quickly get an overview of important information on the screen without having to open another device. ¹⁹
Samsung Knox Security for Data Protection
Samsung Knox Security helps protect sensitive data, login credentials, and the TV's smart functions. The system monitors connected IoT devices, blocks malicious apps and websites, and uses security updates. The smart TV thus gains a higher level of protection when using online services and connected devices. ²⁰
SmartThings for a Smart Home
Thanks to SmartThings, you can connect your TV with compatible smart devices in your home. From a single screen, you can conveniently control or monitor selected elements of your smart home. The Samsung MRE65R86H can thus become a natural part of a connected home where you have more functions under control. ²¹
Quick Remote on Your Mobile Phone
The Quick Remote function allows you to use a compatible phone as a TV remote control. Using the SmartThings app, you can adjust the volume, change channels, browse media, or quickly access selected Samsung Tizen TV functions. Controlling via your mobile is practical when you don't have the classic remote to hand. ²²
AI Energy Mode for Smarter Power Management
AI Energy Mode in SmartThings helps to analyse ambient light, usage patterns, and displayed content to adjust screen brightness accordingly. The function can thus contribute to more energy-efficient operation during daily viewing. Smart brightness control helps to limit unnecessary energy consumption without having to constantly adjust the settings manually. ²³
Karaoke for Home Entertainment
The Karaoke function can turn your TV into a home karaoke stage. You can use a compatible phone as a microphone or supported wireless microphones for singing. Family celebrations, parties, and regular evenings will gain a more entertaining dimension right in your living room. ²⁴
Monolith Edge Design
The Samsung MRE65R86H features an elegant Monolith Edge design with a slim profile and thin bezels. The titanium black finish looks discreet, modern, and fits easily into a living room or home cinema. The premium look complements the powerful picture and sound features of this Micro RGB TV.
SolarCell Remote
Included is the SolarCell Remote, which charges using light via a solar panel on the back. Therefore, there is no need to use disposable batteries. The remote also offers smart functions, including a microphone and voice assistant support, making everyday TV control more convenient. ²⁴
