65" Metz 65MUE7800Z

The Metz 65MUE7800Z TV uses a 65" QLED panel to display content in 4K Ultra HD resolution. Direct LED backlighting contributes to an even distribution of brightness across the entire screen. The Google TV operating system provides access to thousands of apps and makes searching across streaming services easy. The audio component consists of an integrated soundbar for direct sound aimed at the viewer. The matte screen surface suppresses light reflections, while Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free technologies reduce eye fatigue.

Picture Properties

The QLED panel with a 165cm screen size displays content at a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels with a 60Hz refresh rate. The Direct LED backlight has a brightness of 300 nits and supports High Dynamic Range processing with HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG. The matte display surface reduces reflections from ambient light, and the Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free technologies help to reduce eye strain.

Integrated Soundbar

The sound system consists of an integrated soundbar with a total power of 20W. Its design directs the sound straight to the listener, thus increasing the clarity of dialogue. The TV supports decoding of Dolby Digital Plus and Dolby Digital audio formats. The automatic volume control function compensates for differences in sound levels between different programmes or during commercial breaks.

Google TV and Smart Features

The Google TV operating system organises content from streaming services into a clear interface and supports voice control via Google Assistant. The system includes a built-in Chromecast for wireless content sharing from smartphones or tablets. Available apps include YouTube, NETFLIX, Disney+, and the Czech service Oneplay. The TV also supports HbbTV hybrid broadcasting.

Suitable for Game Consoles

The TV offers three HDMI 2.0 ports for connecting game consoles, which transmit a 4K signal at 60 frames per second. The panel's native 60Hz frequency, combined with QLED technology and support for HDR formats, displays game scenes with an extended colour spectrum and contrast. This combination renders details in both dark and bright parts of the picture.

Connectivity Options

Connectivity includes three HDMI 2.0 ports and one USB port that supports multimedia playback from external storage. The USB port also supports the function of recording TV broadcasts to a connected drive. An internet connection is provided by a LAN connector or the wireless Wi-Fi interface. Bluetooth, a digital optical output, and a headphone output are available for connecting audio systems and headphones. A CI+ slot completes the set of features.
