OLED technology doesn't use a separate backlight because each pixel creates its own light and can be turned off completely. alpha 11 AI 4K Gen3 Processor with Dual AI Engine
The latest alpha 11 AI 4K Gen3 processor uses a Dual AI Engine to precisely control the 8.3 million self-lit pixels. It continuously analyses the scene, its genre, objects and faces, and then adjusts sharpness, texture, depth and contrast. Alpha 11 AI Super Upscaling 4K enhances lower-resolution images to bring their quality as close to 4K as possible. Dynamic Tone Mapping Ultra optimises the brightness and contrast of individual areas of the image, while AI HDR Remastering automatically adjusts SDR content, giving it a richer colour rendering reminiscent of HDR.
Dolby Vision Quality Picture
Support for Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG formats allows the TV to work with modern high-dynamic-range content. Dolby Vision optimises the picture of compatible films and series to bring out lighting effects, colour transitions and details in the shadows. FILMMAKER MODE preserves the original aspect ratio, colour rendering and frame rate as intended by the filmmakers. webOS 26 with Smart AI Features
The webOS 26 operating system offers access to streaming apps, a web browser, the LG Channels service and smart features concentrated in the AI Hub. Multi AI Search uses Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot services to search for information, while AI Concierge recommends content based on your interests. AI Voice ID can recognise users by their voice and display their own profile with personalised suggestions. LG Shield technology helps protect personal data, the system and connected devices.
