The inner surface is coated with two layers of ceramic, evenly distributing heat throughout the pan and contributing to evenly cooked food. The outer side is coated with a red lacquer which is resistant to high temperatures. You can be sure that the handles will always stay cold. The set consists of two pans with glass lids and one pan without lid.
