43" Thomson 43QG4S14

The Thomson 43QG4S14 television brings QLED technology to a 43" screen, combined with 4K Ultra HD resolution and the Google TV operating system. The panel, with Direct LED backlighting and 10-bit colour depth, displays a wide spectrum of colours, resulting in smooth transitions and realistic shades. The high picture quality is also enhanced by comprehensive support for high dynamic range standards, including Dolby Vision and HDR10+. For better viewing in brightly lit rooms, the screen surface has an anti-reflective finish that reduces unwanted glare.

Picture Technologies

The display is based on a QLED panel with a 109cm (43") screen size and 4K Ultra HD resolution of 3840×2160. The screen operates with a native refresh rate of 50/60Hz and uses Direct LED backlighting, which contributes to uniform brightness across the entire surface. Image processing includes support for advanced HDR formats, specifically Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HLG. The television thus displays scenes with high contrast and colour accuracy. The anti-reflective surface then helps to reduce reflections from ambient light.

Surround Sound

The audio experience is delivered by integrated speakers with a total power of 16W. The television includes decoders for processing multi-dimensional sound, which creates an immersive atmosphere. Thanks to support for Dolby Atmos and DTS Digital Surround technologies, the sound envelops the listener from all directions, including vertically. Furthermore, the automatic sound calibration function adapts the audio output to the acoustic conditions of the room, delivering clearer dialogue and more balanced effects.

Smart Google TV Interface

The Google TV operating system unifies content from various streaming services onto a single, clear home screen and offers personalised recommendations. It provides access to a wide range of applications, such as Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Prima+, or SledovaniTV. Content from mobile devices or computers can be cast to the screen wirelessly via the built-in Chromecast or DLNA protocol. The system also includes voice control via Google Assistant and HbbTV support.

Optimised for Games Consoles

Video game players have a special GAME MODE at their disposal. When activated, the television optimises settings for gaming, primarily by reducing input lag, thereby speeding up controller responsiveness. Connecting modern games consoles or powerful computers is made easy by two HDMI 2.1 standard ports, which transmit a high-bandwidth signal.

Superior Connectivity

The device offers a total of four HDMI ports, two of which are version 2.1 and two version 2.0, sufficient for connecting several signal sources simultaneously. Three USB ports are available for external drives, flash drives, or other peripherals. Wireless connection is handled by integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for pairing with headphones or a soundbar. The features also include a digital optical output, a headphone jack, and a CI+ slot for pay-TV decoder cards.

Flexible Installation

The television can be placed on furniture using the supplied stand or mounted on a wall. For wall mounting, it supports a VESA mount with a standardised mounting hole spacing of 200×200 mm. The dimensions of the television for planning its placement are 957mm in width and 605mm in height with the stand. When selecting a suitable mount, it is necessary to account for a weight of 7.9kg. This allows for installation in various types of interiors.
