24" EIZO ColorEdge CS2420
The EIZO CS2420 is a professional ColorEdge Photo Monitor. Its backlighting system is a colour LED system with a colour range capable of covering up to 99% of the AdobeRGB colour standard (1998) and even 100% coverage of the ISO standard sRGB IEC61966-2.1 or ISO couted ISO space. The monitor can detect up to 1 billion colour shades on its 10-bit LCD panel. The EIZO ColorNavigator 6.x calibration software can be used to calibrate the monitor, which supports a range of external calibration probes.

No Glittering Effect
The matte surface of the screen is provided with an additional layer that prevents "glitter" on monochrome surfaces (white, green, red, etc.). The image thus produces a perfectly pure and clear impression - much like the reproduction of the image obtained by the reflection of light from paper.
Up to 99% coverage of the AdobeRGB colour standard
Up to 99% AdobeRGB coverage ensures that RAW camera data is converted to the RGB colour space according to AdobeRGB. In addition, the wide colour range covers the entire ISO-coated and US-coated standard used in colour reproduction of CMYK print data, enabling accurate print simulation of modern, wide-format inkjet printers.

Supports 30 bit transmission of photo data
Photo Raw formats typically work with 14 bit precision, and after converting them to 16 bit RGB TIFF, PNG and other RGB formats, they can then be further edited into a 10 bit (3 × 10 bit RGB) format and sent via a graphics card to the input Monitor. If the monitor can process data with 10 bit color depth, it can display very smooth transitions even in the case of high colour photographic data. The monitor supports 8/10 bit depth data on its DisplayPort 1.1a input and 8/10/12 bit depth data on its HDMI 1.3b input, displaying up to 68 billion colour tones and transitions with very close fitting shades.

DUE - Digital Uniformity Equalizer
Brightness and chromaticity deviations of individual pixels cause so-called "inhomogeneity" of the image, which also varies according to the ambient temperature and the brightness and white point of the monitor. As a result, there are different colour renderings of the image displayed on different parts of the screen. This problem is solved by patented electronic brightness and colour correction technology of each pixel that optimises the brightness and white point of the monitor.
Excellent response and sharpness
Users who would like to use this model also for video processing will be surprised by the very fast response - 15 ms (G-G).
I/P conversion
The HDMI input supports automatic conversion of the input interlaced signal to a non-interlaced (progressive) signal that ensures a stable and non-blinking image.
Easy connection
Seamless connectivity to modern computers is provided by DisplayPort, HDMI, or conventional DVI-D inputs. There is also the USB 3.0 interface.
Light help
For less well illuminated rooms, the monitor has a light function feature above the individual control buttons.
New flexible stand
With a new stand, it is possible to easily manipulate the 24" panel in every situation and for each user. The stand supports height adjustment of 155mm, 344° shooting, tilt up to 30° and finally 90° rotation - Turn the panel to the "portrait" position (pivot function) to conveniently view "long" web pages.

Individual calibration of each monitor
Each single piece of the ColorEdge (CS / CX and CG) model series is individually calibrated using accurate calibration probes before leaving the EIZO production line. This guarantees minimum manufacturing deviations between the individual pieces produced and therefore easy to use the "generic" (factory-averaged) colour profiles of the individual models.

Zero tolerance of bad pixels
EIZO guarantees zero tolerance for defective pixels or sub pixels. When defective pixels/ subpixels are detected within six months of the date of sale, the user has the right to request a replacement or a significant discount on the purchased monitor.
Thanks to the high quality of all the components used in the monitor production, the manufacturer provides a 5 year warranty for this model, including the LCD panel warranty and backlighting system.
