34" AOC CU34V5CW
The AOC CU34V5CW is a 34" curved monitor that uses a VA panel with an ultra-wide QHD resolution of 3440×1440 pixels and a 21:9 aspect ratio. This layout provides an extensive workspace for efficient multitasking and a widescreen view for watching films. The 100Hz refresh rate and 4ms (GtG) response time contribute to a smooth display without motion blur. Image synchronisation using FreeSync technology eliminates screen tearing and stuttering during fast-paced scenes. The pronounced 1500R curvature, along with the high 3,000:1 contrast ratio, pulls you into the action and improves concentration.

Ultra-Wide Picture and Smooth Motion
The foundation is a 34" VA panel with a high contrast ratio of 3,000:1, which displays deep shades of black and vibrant colours. The 3440×1440 pixel resolution on a 21:9 widescreen area provides plenty of space to work with multiple windows side-by-side. The 1500R curvature envelops the user's field of view, contributing to better concentration and reduced eye strain. The 100Hz refresh rate, along with Adaptive Sync (FreeSync) technology, ensures smooth motion without visual artefacts like screen tearing.
Efficient Multitasking and Security
The monitor supports a Picture-by-Picture (PbP) function, which displays content from two different sources simultaneously on one split screen. For example, you can view your desktop PC and laptop desktops at the same time without having to switch inputs. For quick and secure login, the monitor integrates a 2Mpx webcam with Windows Hello support. The system logs you in based on facial recognition, eliminating the need to enter a password.
Ergonomics and Features
The monitor stand allows for comprehensive position adjustments for comfortable seating. The height can be changed within a 130mm range, and the screen can also be tilted and swivelled. For mounting on your own stand, the monitor supports the VESA 100×100mm mounting standard. Basic audio is provided by two integrated 5W speakers. Flicker-Free technology reduces backlight flicker, and a blue light filter reduces potentially harmful light emissions, which helps to reduce eye fatigue during extended use.
Connectivity Options
The connector setup simplifies daily use. The central feature is the USB-C port, which transmits the video signal (DP alt mode), data, and simultaneously powers a connected laptop with up to 65W. For connecting other video sources, the monitor offers DisplayPort and HDMI, which expands compatibility with various devices.

Colour Gamut
Determines how accurately a monitor can display colours. sRGB is ideal for web, films or games. DCI-P3/Adobe RGB is appreciated by graphic designers or professionals. The higher the stated value, the better the monitor displays colours. Maximum Brightness
Given in nits or cd/m², this value determines the brightness of the monitor. A brightness of over 400 nits is key for HDR content and readability in sunlight, while standard office monitors are fine with values above 250. Refresh Rate and Response Time
The refresh rate (Hz) determines the number of frames displayed per second, so the higher the value, the smoother the picture and the less eye strain. A lower response time (ms) eliminates motion blur. 144Hz+ is ideal for gaming, while values around 75Hz are suitable for office monitors.Specifications
