Image Performance and Colours
The display is powered by a 24" IPS panel with Full HD resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. This combination provides a detailed and sharp image for work and multimedia content. Thanks to its 300 cd/m² brightness and 1,500:1 static contrast ratio, the panel displays bright whites and deep blacks. The AOC 24B31H monitor offers wide colour coverage of 116.82% sRGB and 91.2% DCI-P3 for faithful and vibrant colour reproduction. The 8-bit colour depth contributes to smooth colour transitions without visible banding.
Smoothness for Gaming and Video
The 120Hz refresh rate delivers smoother image motion compared to standard 60Hz or 75Hz monitors. Combined with a 1ms (MPRT) response time, it suppresses motion blur in fast-paced scenes. For gaming, the AOC 24B31H monitor features Adaptive Sync technology that synchronises the graphics card with the monitor, which reduces unwanted screen tearing and stuttering. These features create a responsive and smooth visual foundation for both gaming and watching action films.
Design and Flexible Mounting
The AOC 24B31H monitor has a modern look with thin bezels on three sides. This design not only eliminates distractions but also simplifies setting up multiple monitors side-by-side to expand your workspace. The fixed stand provides a stable base but does not offer ergonomic adjustments. For individual positioning, the monitor is prepared for VESA 100 × 100 mm standard mounting. This allows for mounting on a separately sold wall mount or an adjustable arm, which provides height, tilt, and swivel adjustments.
Eye Protection and Connectivity Options
To reduce eye fatigue during long work or gaming sessions, the 24" AOC 24B31H monitor uses Flicker-free technology, which limits the invisible flickering of the backlight. It also includes a Low Blue Light mode, where a blue light filter reduces harmful emissions in the short-wave part of the spectrum. The monitor offers various options for connecting to a computer and other devices. It uses a digital HDMI 1.4 port and an analogue VGA input, which provides broad compatibility. An HDMI cable is included in the package for immediate use.

Colour Gamut
Determines how accurately a monitor can display colours. sRGB is ideal for web, films or games. DCI-P3/Adobe RGB will be appreciated by graphic designers or professionals. The higher the value, the better the monitor displays colours. Maximum Brightness
Given in nits or cd/m², this value determines the brightness of the monitor. A brightness of over 400 nits is key for HDR content and readability in sunlight, while standard office monitors are fine with values over 250. Refresh Rate and Response Time
The refresh rate (Hz) determines the number of frames displayed per second, so the higher the value, the smoother the picture and the less eye strain. A lower response time value (ms) eliminates motion blur. 144Hz+ is ideal for gaming, while values around 75Hz are suitable for office monitors.Specifications
