just an observation. A laptop without an operating system doesn't have wifi drivers installed, and when installing W11, the wizard won't let you complete the installation without an internet connection. There is no way around it, even with the command line. So it's better to start with W10 which will let you finish even without internet. Then install the drivers and switch to W11 at will.
