Kingston 8 GB of DDR3 1600MHz ECC Registered

A memory module from the prestigious Kingston is designed for selected DELL servers. It supports ECC and has a capacity of 8 GB with a maximum working frequency of 1600 MHz, and a reduced voltage. The memory has 72 bits (64 bits for data and 8 bits for ECC). The Error-correcting Code technology checks, in real-time, the integrity of the data stored in the memory. It can find, and fix, a single-bit error and at least detect the wrong one. Some memory controllers can also repair larger-scale errors in conjunction with the ECC memory. Most server boards require memory with ECC technology.
